Description

The United States Air Force at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska is seeking to identify interested offerors qualified to design and construct replacement boiler stacks for boilers 1-4 at the Central Heat and Power Plant on Eielson, AFB. The Contractor shall provide a design and construction in accordance with the CLIN structure of this SOW. Once the design has been completed and accepted by the Government, the Contractor shall completely prepare the site for replacement of the boiler stacks including demolition and removal of existing structures and furnish labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work to repair the boiler stacks at the Central Heat and Power Plant.
