Falco Slide Remediation Project

The Warren County Port Commission will receive sealed bids from qualified bidders for the project identified as FALCO SLIDE REMEDIATION PROJECT. The project includes grading and slope stabilization with soldier piles, lagging and anchoring along the slope of the Falco property to protect the overhead conveyor system at the Port of Vicksburg just off Industrial Drive in Warren County, Vicksburg, MS as indicated in the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents. The above general outline of features of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all parts, labor, equipment, and materials required by the specifications and the drawings referred to therein. The contract time for the work included in this contract is Sixty (60) Calendar Days. The Contract will be subject to liquidated damages of three hundred fifty dollars ($350) per calendar day for each day in default after the stipulated completion date.
