The Standard at Wilmont is a garden-style apartment project located in Hendersonville, NC. It consists of 14 apartment buildings, 300 units, and 8 detached garage buildings. The apartment buildings are 3 stories and 2/3-story split buildings with terrace levels. The Standard at Wilmont will feature amenities to serve all residents including a leasing office, clubhouse with fitness center, pool, dog park, pavilions, and a play equipment area. The project will also include offsite infrastructure work, consisting of road widening and wet utility works. As of December 18, 2023, construction is expected to January 2024.
