Description

Architectural Design services related to the development of a satellite, park maintenance facility to be located at 1901 Allison Street, Lakewood, CO 80215 (the “Project”). The awarded Respondent (“Contractor”) shall work with City staff to develop a facility design program, develop design program into a building and yard plans, provide an estimate of probable cost, provide construction documents that supplement the City’s general conditions, and provide project construction observation assistance.
