Description

Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashiers check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with RWAIG Program Regulations.
