OSP La Grande Carport Remodel

OSP seeks bids to partially enclose the carport at our La Grande office. Agency requires completion of Work by June 30, 2023. The Purchaser/SPC for questions regarding the ITB, forms, Specifications, Plans, bidding process, change, clarification, the award process, protests and any other issues that may arise, is Robert Johnson at (971) 707-1890, and email robert.johnson@osp.oregon.gov. The scope of the Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following: 1. Expand existing enclosure to the south with new slab and footing to add 60 sq ft of generator access space. 2. Enclose the east, west, and south sides of existing roofed/fenced enclosure by building walls between the existing 3 HSS steel support posts. 3. Enclosure consists of a south side one hour fire wall and simple fill in enclosure walls on the east and west.
