Sealed Bids, in duplicate, are sought and requested by the Board of Education, Beacon City School District (hereinafter called Owner), for the Reconstruction to: JV Forrestal Elementary School, Glenham ES, Sargent Elementary School and Rombout Middle School. The Owner may, at its discretion, waive informalities in Bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does it represent that it will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. The Owner will not waive informalities which would give one Bidder substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all affected Bidders.
