Description

To assist the city in the implementation of tasks associated with the Watervliet Community Center Improvement Project. Work will include engineering and construction management tasks including but not limited to refining final scope of work and develop bid specifications, review the bids submitted by contractors for compliance with the bid specs, pre-construction meetings with contractor, provide engineering support and inspection services during repairs and construction, assist with reporting requirements, and provide project closeout support.
