| Description | Approximately 200 sq. +/-, the total area and roof pitch are to be verified by the contractor. The contractor shall furnish materials, permitting, labor and required equipment for complete removal of current asphalt shingles and replacement with GAF Timberline NS shingles or an approved equivalent with a 130-mph wind rating. The current roof shall be stripped down to the existing roof deck. Following current building codes, the roof deck shall be inspected, peel and stick underlayment applied, new aluminum flashing/edge metals installed, new shingles with wind rating of 130-mph installed, and include a warranty approved by the roofing material manufacturer. |
