Description

Submission of Bids: Bids shall be executed in accordance with the provided bid form which is based on the Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96 (revised 2005), prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts (Bid Form), Certification of NonSegregated Facilities, accompanied by a satisfactory bid bond payable to the Town of Bargersville for not less than 5% of the total bid price. Contractor shall acknowledge all addenda on the bid form. Project Description: Project consists of renovation to an existing 2,800 square foot building. 1. Sitework: Site demolition and construction of new ADA ramp and parking. 2. Interior build-out of new Lobby and transaction window. Renovation of interior spaces to included new finishes, casework, and door hardware. 3. Three new ADA accessible restrooms will be renovated for staff and the public. 4. Facility will include new lighting, IT cabling, security and door access control. 5. Facility will include all plumbing and mechanical work to support new functions. E. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for a General Contract (all trades). Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. This Advertisement for Bids document is issued by Town of Bargersville. Bidders' Questions are required at least 10 days prior to receipt of bids. Architect will provide responses to questions asked at the Prebid conference in an Addendum issued at least 7 days prior to receipt of bids.
