Tree and Underbrush Clearing for Engineering Department

Tree and underbrush clearing services of City property. Property Address: City Hall - 3300 Corinth Parkway, Corinth, TX 76208 (behind City Hall. Clear a path approximately 12’+ wide for a drill rig to gain access to collect soil borings. The areas drawn to scale are approximately 16’ wide. 9,400 Sf + 22,000 sf total: 31,400 sf. Path shall be wide enough for a drill rig to access and avoid larger specimen trees. It is understood some trees will need to be removed. City and Contractor to determine which trees during clearing services. Property Address: Across Corinth Parkway from City Hall Clear only underbrush and trees up to 5” in diameter to gain access to perform a tree survey. This area totals about 72,000 sf. (Note: Limits are not entire tree grove). The mulch may be left onsite, but larger material will need to be removed if mulching can’t be done. Mulch must be spread evenly in same area.
