| Description | Scope of Work This is a Request for Information (RFI) - this is not a request for competitive pricing or a process for the Town of Palm Beach (Town) to purchase. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information. No award will be made based on the results of this process. The Town is considering refreshing current system with more robust, full and comprehensive audio and video system that allows for simple and easy operations; accommodates both in-person and virtual meetings, allows for remote attendance and participation; has seamless integration with Microsoft Teams for hosting virtual meetings; and provide high-quality recording and broadcasting of council meetings.
