Description

In general, the work consists of HVAC work for existing units serving the pool area which includes but is not limited to: Installation of a new Dehumidification Unit serving the pool area and direct replacement of the pool heater and a direct replacement of Rooftop Unit #10 serving the main facility including all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the work as described in the Specifications for the Project. Line Item Construction Bids with Total Base Bid will be received for the project as broken down in the Bidding Documents.
