| Description | Research Building Phase 4 consists of an approximate 40,400 sf fit out of multidisciplinary research laboratory that will be the cornerstone of the University’s push to become a Top 20 national research facility. This facility is based on the latest improvements in research laboratory design standards. A list of trade contracts for this work is listed below.
