Description

1. The City of Anaheim is seeking vendors to provide as-needed Automotive Filters as listed in the Price Sheet attached to the eBid and per these Specifications. 2. Bidders may submit partial bids according to the items they can provide. 3. The listed parts and quantities in the eBid Price Sheet are subject to change by the City as its needs change. The City does not imply or make any commitment to purchase a specific quantity during the term of the agreement, the estimated quantities are for a one-year period. The City reserves the right to add, change, or delete items. 4. It is the Citys intent to award to one bidder; however, based on Citys analysis of bids and what is most advantageous to the City, multiple awards may be considered based on bid prices and corresponding items. All questions regarding this RFB must be submitted online no later than 2:00 PM on September 9, 2022. Answers to questions will be posted online for all interested bidders to review. Bidders who have downloaded bid documents by the time that the questions are responded to will receive an automated email notifying them of additional information and/or addendums that have been posted to the website. All questions or concerns must be addressed to the Purchasing Agent only. In order to ensure that all parties receive accurate and consistent information, Bidders shall not contact other City Department employees during the bidding process.
