The work generally consists of construction of a dirt surface bicycle pump track and bicycle jump trails at Bradley Park. The work to be constructed is located at Bradley Park located in the City of San Marcos. The Contractor shall possess at the time the contract is awarded, a California Contractors license classification Type of License A, General Engineering. Each bid must be accompanied by bidders security equal to 10 percent of the bid Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 03/01/2023 4:00 PM. The Agency, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Project Duration 25 Days. At the time of executing the Agreement, the successful Bidder shall execute to the Agency and file with the Agency, a performance bond in the form provided by the Agency and in the penal sum of at least one hundred percent (100%). The successful Bidder shall, at the time of executing the Bid Documents, file with the Agency a good and sufficient payment bond in the form provided by the Agency and in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated amount payable by the Agency under the terms of the Contract The Engineers Estimate is $360,000.
