Tivoli Preserve Trail and Park Improvements

Base Bid Work work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: 1) Construction of pedestrian trails and boardwalks through the Tivoli Lake Preserve utilizing base trail detail and material Add Alternate No. 1 includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of work as shown on the enclosed project plans and described in the specifications, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1) Construction of additional pedestrian trails and boardwalks (Ridge Trail) through the Tivoli Lake Preserve utilizing base trail detail and material Add Alternate No. 2 includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of work as shown on the enclosed project plans and described in the specifications, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1) Construction / renovation of a parking lot along Livingston Avenue. Alternate No. 1 includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of work as shown on the enclosed project plans and described in the specifications, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 2) Substitute Schist Trail Material for Asphalt Trail Material in Base Bid scope Alternate No. 2 includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of work as shown on the enclosed project plans and described in the specifications, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1) Substitute Schist Trail Material for Asphalt Trail Material in Add Alternate 1 scope

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
