DESCRIPTION: IFB Marrington Elementary (MNE) Roofing Replacement-WMBEC ACQUIRE SERVICES (JAN 2006): The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications andBID BOND (JAN 2006): Your offer must include either a bid bond issued by a surety or sureties licensed in South Carolina or a certified check. The amount of surety shall be five per cent (5%) of the total bid amount. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS REQUIRED (JAN 2006): Within ten (10) days after award, contractor shall provide performance and payment bond in the full amount of the contract sum, issued by a surety company REJECTION The District reserves the right to reject any bid that contains prices for individual items or services that are unreasonable when compared to the same or other bids if such action is in the best interest of the District.
