Borough Tennis and Basketball Court Improvements

The work to be performed under this contract includes the milling and resurfacing of four (4) existing tennis courts, installation of a colored acrylic surface, installation of new tennis and Pickleball nets and posts, and installation of decorative logos within the tennis court pavement. The new multi-use court facility shall have three (3) Pickleball courts and two (2) mixed-use tennis / Pickleball courts. The project scope will also include the full depth reconstruction of a hot mix asphalt basketball court. The new court shall have a decorative logo installed at the center circle, a colored acrylic surface, and a concrete perimeter edge curb containing the pavement section. Other ancillary park amenities shall also be installed under this contract. Principal items of work in the project include: · 2,800 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3” or Less · 160 Ton Hot Mix Asphalt 19M64 Base Course · 550 Ton Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course · 3,500 S.Y. Acrylic Surface · 5 Unit Decorative Logo · 9 Unit Park Bench The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed by November 15, 2021.
