3926 Garcia Lobby Renovations

1. Removal of carpet  in 116 (inc West mailroom) and carpet tile in 102 (w cove base).  2. Patch and  paint all  interior walls  in 102 and 116.   3. Installation  of new  high traffic LVT flooring  with  pattern approved  by  University  Architect.   4. Remove millwork on West  side  of  116.  Replace  with perpendicular  section  between  East  and West service  areas, step height for ADA on East  side.   5. Installation of ADA access  compliant  millwork -  Remove  and replace  the  east  side  of  the  counter along  the North  wall  of 116,  install new glass   panels, electrify millwork.  6. Replace damaged  mirror film at  West student  station.  7. Remove mailboxes and  small door on East side of 116.  Close the wall flush, patch and  paint with matching  finishes.
