| Description | Install concrete disc golf tee pads meeting the following specs. 4” concrete with an 18”x18” 3/8” rebar grid on a 12” sand base. Locates must be filed prior to performing any work. The City must be made aware of any work to be performed at least 5 days prior to starting work. Insurance, and a signed contract must also be on file prior to starting any work. The contractor will need to get approval from the city on equipment that will be used, access to the course, and overall project plan. |
