Collierville MS Painting and Flooring

Prepare all surfaces for the application of paint in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Protect fixtures, items, furniture, etc. not to be painted. Paint all previously painted interior and exterior surfaces according to the specifications and drawings. Clean all paint splatter and remove all debris, trash, etc. from the premises. Collierville Schools will provide carpet tiles, LVT, and flooring adhesives. 1. Move furniture and shelving as needed to complete the project. Details will be discussed during the PreBid Meeting. 2. Remove and dispose of existing carpet, VCT, and cove base without damaging walls. 3. Prepare substrate for application of new LVT, carpet tiles and cove base. 4. Install LVT, carpet tiles, and transition strips as specified herein. Color and installation pattern to be specified by Collierville Schools for each location. 5. Provide and install cove base as specified herein. 6. This is a turn-key project which must be completed by July 15, 2022.
