One-Time Cleaning Services for Dormitory Rooms

This project requires cleaning and disinfecting of building 1212, which includes (48) dormitory kitchens, (48) restrooms, and (48) shower areas as follows: a. Kitchen area will be cleaned thoroughly to include floors dust and mopping, floors shall be stripped and waxed, baseboards, kitchen cabinets exteriors and interiors, windows, blinds, countertops, sinks, wiping and dusting of furniture, and garbage disposal. b. Restroom area will be cleaned thoroughly to include toilet, walls (soap scum, dirt), and floors (strip/wax). Tile grout will be cleaned and free of stains. c. Shower area will be cleaned thoroughly to include walls, floors (mold, soap scum, dirt, and paint), shower doors (mold, soap scum, paint, and dirt), and shower fixtures (free of mold, soap scum and stains). Tile grout will be cleaned and free of stains. d. Dorm rooms are approximately 110 sq-ft each, with a requirement total of approximately 5,280 sq-ft.
