| Description | The proposed project provides pedestrian safety improvements at 11 intersections and one midblock crossing in the City of Ithaca. The work includes removing existing traffic signals; installing new mast arm traffic signals including conduit, pullboxes, pedestrian signals, countdown timers and audible pushbuttons and signs; replacing existing curb ramps and detectable warning fields; installing a new pedestrian refuge island and bump-out; installing new drainage structures and pipe; and installing new signs and pavement markings. |
