The scope of work involves annual maintenance of the grounds of the Housing Authority properties including the following: Spring and fall clean-up of all leaves and debris. Trimming of all shrubs and low-lying branches from trees. Weekly grass cutting, weed, leaf and debris removal. Cleaning of gutters as needed. Application of grass seed and fertilizers as needed.
