Reference Number 0000324539 Clean pavement cracks and apply over-band crack filling; apply two (2) coats of tar emulsion sealer and re-establish existing pavement markings and place proposed pavement markings per specifications, as illustrated on plans and/or directed by city staff. Pricing for closing the parking lot, per the construction notes on the drawings, shall be included in the lump sum price for each lot. Bids must contain the names of every person or company interested therein and shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the amount bid with satisfactory corporate surety, subject to conditions provided in the instructions to bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance bond and maintenance and guarantee bond in the amount of 100% of the bid, and labor and material bond in the amount of 50% of the bid
