Description

Design - Build S. Palmer Gaillard Pumping Station Communication Monopole Installation Project according to the specifications given below in Attachment A. The small footprint, self-supporting, spun concrete monopole is to be constructed at a predetermined site shown below in the picture at our S. Palmer Gaillard Pumping Station located at 1450 Pumping Station Rd. Mobile, AL 36608, that is appropriate for this purpose. Specifically to be located at Latitude 30 degrees 43 11.62 N and Longitude 88 degrees 18 11.66 W, the exact GIS location of the Monopole to be constructed.
