As of April 26, 2022, project was awarded to C & I Construction and Design, Inc., with an awarded amount to the following groups: Group 1 - $115,136.00 Group 2 - $229,855.00 Group 3 - $177,707.00 Group 4 - $175,967.00 For a total awarded amount of $698,665.00. The City of Coral Gables is soliciting bids for Electrical Control Panels installation Project - IFB 2022-001, from a pre-qualified contractor contract RTQ 2017.02.MS General and Specialty Trade Contractor Services . The contractor must be readily available to provide the services outlined in this solicitation, in accordance with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) policies, procedures, and directives; Federal law, regulations, and executive orders; and State / Local law and regulations. Any prospective bidder who has received this solicitation by any means other than through PublicPurchase must register immediately with PublicPurchase to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this solicitation. Failure to acknowledge receipt of an addendum may result in disqualification of bid submitted. The Work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the Work in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the CONTRACTOR as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the CITY.
