| Description | The Town of Lantana will be accepting RFPs for a Request for Proposal for Residential Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Collection and Disposal Services. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that all required pages are included. Therefore, all Proposers are advised to thoroughly examine the Request for Proposal. One contract will be awarded for all work outlined and described in the RFP. The Town of Lantana is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property. Further instructions and conditions are stated in the RFP documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all RFPs and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the Proposer whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town. |
