East Martello Phase II Drainage and Parking Improvements

The Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to, all work shown and listed in the Project Drawings and Specifications. The Contractor is required to provide a complete job as contemplated by the drawings and specifications, which are a part of this bid package. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, power, tools, equipment,supplies, permits and any other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Scope of Work, unless otherwise specifically stated. Site work at East Martello property, including regrading of gravel road, addressing drainage issues, site lighting, site irrigation, fencing, and landscaping. Prepare the site by providing all necessary erosion control. Clear the site as indicated in the drawings by removing the identified vegetation, miscellaneous debris, existing fountain structure, overhead power line and pole, existing PVC fencing, and existing chain link fencing. Furnish & Install ADS piping and inlets per drawings. Furnish & Install Irrigation system per drawings. Furnish & Install Painted fencing per drawings. Site Grading to be executed per drawings. New gravel road to be placed per drawings. All Cut/Fill is to be the responsibility of awarded contractor. Site Energization is to be furnished and installed per the drawings.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
