Renovations to the McKenney Volunteer Fire Department

1. Rooms 101 & 104 (Offices) i. Remove existing carpet and padding and install new ii. Remove cove base and install new iii. Paint walls and trim 2. Rooms 105 (Radio Room) i. Replace VCT Title with vinyl plank flooring ii. Remove cove base and install new iii. Paint walls and trim 3. Rooms 100, 106 and 107 (Front Entry and Hallways) i. Replace VCT Tile with vinyl plank flooring ii. Remove and replace approximately 1 foot of sheetrock where damaged iii. Remove cove base and install new iv. Paint walls and trim 4. Rooms 102 & 103 (Training Room and Storage Closet) i. Remove and replace sheetrock as needed ii. Remove cove base and install new iii. Replace VCT Tile with vinyl plank flooring iv. Paint walls and trim v. Paint doors 5. Rooms 108 & 109 (Restrooms) i. Replace VCT Title with vinyl plank flooring ii. Remove cove base and replace with new iii. Paint walls and trim 6. Rooms 122 & 123 (Shower Rooms) i. Remove and replace tile ii. Remove and replace plumbing fixtures 7. Rooms 110, 111 & 113 (Kitchen & Dayroom) i. Replace VCT Tile with vinyl plank flooring ii. Remove existing carpet and padding and replace with new iii. Remove cove base and replace with new iv. Replace kitchen countertop with new laminate countertop (existing cabinets to remain). v. Paint walls and trim 8. Rooms 114 & 115 (Bunk Rooms) i. Remove existing carpet and padding and replace with new ii. Remove cove base and replace with new iii. Paint walls and trim 9. Room 118 (Decon Room) i. Install wall tile half way up wall, except by floor sink where it will go to the ceiling. Details to be provided at pre-bid meeting. ii. Paint walls and trim
