Provided include customary design services related to the construction of a 9-12 campus school facility. This request covers both Design Consulting and Construction Administration services. Durham Public Schools has designated $75,771,502 for the construction of major renovations to the existing building(s) and additions to Durham School of the Arts located at 400 North Duke Street, Durham, NC 27701. We anticipate the new renovations and additions will be planned for a capacity and core of 2000 students. Durham School of the Arts is a Historic Building/Campus and the preservation of this distinction must be taken into consideration.
