Description

The Contractor shall receive and accept the compensation as herein provided in full payment for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals; for performing all work contemplated and embraced underthe contract; for all loss or damage arising out of the nature of the work or from the action of the elements; for any unforeseen defects or obstructions which may arise or be encountered during the prosecution of the work, and before its final acceptance by the Engineer; for all risks of every description connected with the prosecution of the work; for all expenses incurred by or in consequence of suspension or discontinuance of such prosecution of the work as herein specified; for any infringement of patents, trademarks, or copyrights and for completing the work in an acceptable manner according to the specifications.
