Air Condition Maintenance Citywide - Annual Contract

Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractor(s), herein referred to as the Contractor, to establish a term contract, by means of sealed bids, with licensed HVAC contractors for preventative monthly maintenance and on call repair type maintenance for the entire air conditioning systems, including emergency repair and maintenance for various city facilities inclusive of exhaust and supply fans associated with the facility. This maintenance contract shall include all mechanical and electronic controls, mechanical equipment, etc., including but not limited to Variable Air Volume (VAV) controls both indoors and outdoors, required dampers, supply and exhaust fans, housings, motors and motor starters, associated electrical wiring, materials, parts, devices and repairs or replacements that may be required to make the entirety of the systems 100% operational and Code compliant. This also includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and expertise as specified herein, from a source(s) that will give prompt and efficient service.
