A timeline for award has not yet been established.** For Smithsonian National Zoological Park (NZP) Renew Bobcat Containment The Smithsonian reserves the right to request all estimates from subcontractors, suppliers and the prime contractor supported by back up documents showing man-hours, wage rates, material quantities, and material unit costs. The proposal must be in compliance with the Davis-Bacon Wage Act. This is a competitive effort; award will be based on the lowest total proposal. Award of this project is contingent upon the availability of funding and will be at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
