Description | Prospective bidders are advised that this is a unit price bid for both routine and emergency maintenance work to the storm sewer system, on an as-needed basis, throughout the entire Township. Unit prices are to be provided for every bid item. Quantities contained in the Bid Proposal are for the purpose of obtaining unit prices and evaluation of bids only. Actual quantities will vary from those contained in the Proposal. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check payable to the Township of Pennsauken for ten (10%) percent (not to exceed $20,000.00) of the total bid amount. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), P.L. 1963 C150 (New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act), and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42U.S.C. 12101, et seq.). Bidders are required to comply with P.L. 1977, c. 33 Disclosure of Ownership and P.L. 1999, c.238, Public Works Contractor Registration Act including all subcontractors and P.L. 2004, c.57 and submit proof of business registration including all subcontractors. |
