Description

Contractor will: o furnish and install one (1) 4”, 3-way, electronically actuated butterfly mixing valve for Heating System temperature control. o Provide labor, materials, and coordination to drain system, remove existing valve and replace with new. o Provide new wiring to existing BMS. o Make appropriate hardware and software changes to BMS to convert from pneumatic actuation to DDC control. o Demonstrate new operational strategies with SMCPS personnel.
