DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work includes asphalt work (milling, patching, overlays); concrete removal and replacement; chip and seal using lightweight aggregate (Utelite) "A" chip with CSS-1 fog seal; and improvements to City Hall's parking lot. This is not the full scope of work. See Bid Schedule and Drawings for additional info. LOCATION OF THE WORK: Various throughout Brigham City, See Drawings COMPLETION DATE: October 13, 2023, See Agreement for more info. *Note: work on 300 North can not be completed until the City completes the current water line project in the same location. It is anticipated this will be complete early fall 2023. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: A: $362,214.05, B: $32,615, C: $95,950, D: $73,544.20 BONDS/INSURANCE: Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond.
