Glenside Place Sanitary Sewer Replacement

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work generally consists of abandonment of a total of 120 linear feet of 8-inch and 4-inch sanitary sewer; removal and disposal of 325 linear feet of 8-inch vitrified clay sanitary sewer main, associated 4-inch sanitary sewer laterals, and two (2) sanitary sewer manholes; installation of 438 linear feet of 8-inch diameter SDR-35 PVC sewer; installation of 336 linear feet of 4-inch SDR 35 PVC sanitary sewer laterals; installation of three (3) sanitary sewer manholes; maintenance of gravity wastewater flows; and the implementation of traffic control. The work is located along Glenside Place within the Borough of North Plainfield. Work includes all general construction, site work, and sewer work necessary to complete the replacement of the 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main line.
