Description | Site Locations: 1. Camp Fretterd Military Reservation, Grey House, (Bldg 108), 13705 Omaha Beach Circle, Reisterstown, MD 21136 2. Camp Fretterd Military Reservation, Reservation Manager, (Bldg 111), 5526 Rue Saint Lo Drive, Reisterstown, MD 21136 Scope of Work: Building 108 Type of Work: 1. Remove existing asphalt shingles and roofing felt down to the bare deck. Inspect existing roof decks, soffits, and fascia. Replace any deteriorated or damaged sections with appropriate building materials as per the Shingle manufacturer’s specifications. 2. Install new #15 asphalt impregnated non-perforated felt underlayment or as approved by the shingle manufacturer. Install drip edge, and aluminum break metal for fascia, and perforated soffit to replace existing. 3. Install new GAF Marquis WeatherMax 30 year roofing shingles, in Charcoal. Gutters & Downspouts: The existing gutters and downspouts shall be removed and new white aluminum gutters and downspouts furnished and installed. 4. New Aluminum Flashing: The existing flashing and break metal shall be removed and new white aluminum flashing and break metal furnished and installed. 5. Chimney(s) and vents through roof shall to re-flash weather and water tight. Perform all work per manufacturers’ specifications. Building 111 Type of Work: 1. Flat Roof on Porch of Building 111: The existing flat roof material on building 111 shall be removed and new TPO installed. Any damaged wood underlayment shall be removed and new exterior grade plywood scabbed into place so as to provide as sound flat surface for the new TPO roofing. TPO roofing shall be GAF white 60 mil or equal. 6. Roof Cap Building 111: The existing roof cap shall be cleaned and primed and painted with an oil-based alkyd paint. Primer shall be galvanized metal primer. Top coat shall be gray. Primer and paint shall be applied per manufacturer’s specifications. 7. Chimney(s) and vents through roof to re-flash weather and water tight. BLDG.111 has 3 chimneys, 2 VTRs that will require to be re-flashed with white aluminum flashing. |
