Renovations and Upgrades of the 83-year-old Georgian building, two stories above grade, 46,000 SF to include Creating additional space by splitting the Gymnasium into two floors. First floor will become Exercise Area, second floor will provide space for Counseling Programs and Offices. Also New Roof, Renovations to Swimming Pool, Installation of HVAC System for second floor residences, Installation of Network System for Staff Computers. Select Demolition, Gypsum Board, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting. *Exterior lighting at Orange Street elevation, repair to approximately 360 LF of box gutter at main roof with restoration to small areas of slate roof in gutter areas, repair and replacement of stair parts at Interior residence stairwell, door replacement at interior residence stairwell, rubber tile & threads in interior residence stairwell, carpet & VCT installation in 3rd and 4th floor resident public space.
