Berkeley County is seeking qualified contractors to construct the Goose Creek Magistrate Courthouse located at 547 Tuttles Road Goose Creek, SC 29445. DEADLINE FOR WRITTEN QUESTIONS: May 26, 2023, at 12:00 PM local time All bids shall be entered in ink or typewritten and shall remain firm for a period of not less than sixty (60) days. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: The Successful Bidder shall agree that if the Work, or any part thereof, is not completed within the time agreed and indicated in the Contract Document that he shall be liable to the County in the amount of Eight Hundred and 00/100, ($800.00) Dollars per day for each and every calendar day the completion of the Work is delayed beyond the time provided in the Contract.
