SR 410/Rock Creek Vic - Chronic Environmental Deficiency

SR 410 at Rock Creek currently experiences repeated flooding events and sediment build-up in the culvert under the highway, approximately 14 miles west of the US 12/SR 410 junction. This project will construct a larger area for sediment storage and overflow, and construct a new structure on SR 410 to minimize the risk of future flooding events. As of April 11, 2023, this project is in Final Planning status. Preliminary engineering has begun and environmental design is expected to be complete in the Fourth quarter of 2020. The contract advertisement is expected in first quarter of 2025 and construction is anticipated to be operationally complete in the four quarter of 2025.
