Description

The City of Plantation is actively seeking bids from contractors for the furnishing and installation of new playground equipment that meets all CPSC specifications and appropriate codes and ordinances for South Florida. Qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, shall furnish the equipment/product and perform the installation services of the new playground equipment in full accordance with specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). Bid Bond Amount: 5 percent of the bid total. All questions may be addressed in writing to the Deidre Bain, Procurement Agent, 400 NW 73 Avenue Plantation, Florida. Deidre Bain can be reached at 954-414-7842, Monday Through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the one that is in the best interests of the City.
