Southeast Side Neighborhood Water Main Replacements

Replacement of approximately 9,900 lineal feet of 2”, 4”, and 6” cast iron, PVC and HDPE water mains with 4” and 8” C-900 PVC mains generally within the neighborhood located east of Hawthorne Avenue, south of Covert Avenue, west of Vann Avenue and north of Graham Avenue. The project also includes, but is not limited to, the installation of all associated fittings, valves, connections to existing water mains, abandoning existing water mains, service connection extensions and surface restoration. The streets areas are described as follows: 1. Hawthorne Avenue between Covert Ave. to just south of Graham Ave. 2. McConnell Avenue between Covert Ave. and Graham Ave. 3. Cass Avenue between Hawthorne and McConnell Avenues. 4. Sweetser Avenue between Hawthorne and Vann Avenues. 5. Southeast Boulevard east of Hawthorne Ave. to just west of Vann Ave. 6. Graham Avenue between Hawthorne and Vann Avenues. 7. S. Dexter Avenue to the north off Sweetser Avenue 8. Conlin Avenue between Southeast Blvd and Vann Ave. 9. Sandee Acre Court off McConnell Ave. and McLeod Court off Graham Ave.
