| Description | **As of January 31, ,2023, project was awarded to Cardinal Construction but awarded amount is not available.** Firing Range Warming Building Replacement US Mail or Third-party delivery (UPS, Fedex, or DHL) to State of Wisconsin, Administration Building, 7 th Floor, 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703; or Hand delivery to the drop box labeled SEALED BIDS ONLY in front of the State of Wisconsin9 Administration Building located at 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703. In general the work consists of: construction of a new 1,920 sf heated building with a slab on grade, grade beam perimeter foundation. Construction requires removal of (3) small temporary buildings, two are on skids the other in on a slab on grade. There will be removal of some existing concrete sidewalks and replacement and expansion of those sidewalks. The underground electrical service line serving the existing storage buildings will have to be re42 routed as part of the project Divert 75 % by weight or volume of total waste generated through Substantial Completion |
