Subcontractor Disclosure forms must be submitted prior to 4:00 PM PDT on the May 24th, 2022 Bidders must be prequalified in order to be eligible for award. Pre-qualification may be with the City of Central Point, City of Medford or the Oregon Department of Transportation. If the bidder is disqualified in any of these jurisdictions, the bidder will be ineligible for this contract. Work shall begin no earlier than JULY 1st, 2022 and must be completed no later than November 1st, 2022. Cost Estimate: $700,000 - $1,200,000 The City of Central Point may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding by the City of Central Pont that it is in the public interest to do so. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
