| Description | The Township of Mount Holly ("The Township") is soliciting from respondents that have expertise and legal means of removing and disposing of approximately 3000 - 5000 cubic yards of old leaves and leaf compost and 2000 - 4000 cubic yards for wood chips from the municipal compost site in a multi-year agreement. The facility operates under the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations for an exempt facility. Respondents must demonstrate that they satisfy all requirements and will have the continuing capabilities to perform this service in a multi-year agreement. The services may be initiated as soon as May 11, 2021. |
