IRMO Park Improvements

Scope: Maintain minimum insurance requirements, and obtain business and contractor licensing; Tree Removal/Pruning. Remove and replace wood on deck, seating benches, pergola trellises. Re-roof pavilion gazebo and restroom. Lift unsettled gazebo steps (The steps are uneven, perhaps due to water infiltration). Regrade along the gazebo step for appropriate drainage, addressing the unsettled steps. Remove and replace the squares along the sidewalk after tree removal. Seal coat and restripe Carlisle Street and the park’s parking lot. Replace boards on the bridge down to beams and Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
