Design & Post Design Services: Raw Water Supply Line & 30" Force Main Relocation

1. Provide design engineering, permitting and post design services for the installation of a new Raw Water Main from the Eastern Wellfield located at 7190 Johnson Street, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 to the Water Treatment Plant located at 7960 Johnson Street, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024. 2. Provide design engineering, permitting and post design services for the rerouting of an existing 30" sewer force main that presently runs beneath the Water Treatment Plant located at 7960 Johnson Street, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024. Design engineering, permitting and post design services shall include: a. Installation of a new raw water main. Size as determined by consultant's hydraulic modeling. b. Installation of Pigging Stations to allow for regular maintenance of the pipe. Quantity and location as determined by Consultant. c. Installation of Bypass Valves to allow for independent use of the new main or the combined use of the existing main along with the new. d. Installation of Air relief valves at appropriate locations (must be out of roadway and vaulted to allow ease of maintenance). Quantity and location as determined by Consultant. e. Installation of Isolation valves as required by regulatory rules/City Standards, etc.
